STENCYL DIALOG SERIES

Unlike SNAP!, however, it has an export tool to convert your projects into. I think there is a graphical/GUI way (with dialogs and such), a block-based way, and a text-based way. Stencyl has various ways of making objects. Also, it's web-based, so you can run it online, for free! It does not have any export feature, however. SNAP! is a block-based programming language like Snap - though you can control it similarly to as if it were a turtle sprite via the JS function block, which uses JavaScript syntax and is text-based.
